Refund & Cancellation Policy

At RedFire Creations Pvt. Ltd., we value every client relationship and are committed to delivering high-quality services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds will be considered. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. General Policy
- All service engagements begin after mutual agreement on scope, commercials, and timelines (via proposal, agreement, or MoU).
- Payments made to RedFire are considered professional service fees and are generally non-refundable, except under the conditions listed below.
2. Cancellation by Client
- Before Service Commencement:
- Cancellations must be requested in writing within 7 days of payment and before work begins.
- In such cases, RedFire may refund up to 80% of the amount paid, after deducting administrative and processing charges.
- After Service Commencement:
- Once work has started (branding design, campaigns, recruitment drives, IT development, etc.), no refunds will be issued.
- For long-term contracts, cancellations require 30 days’ written notice. Any fees for work already completed will remain payable.
3. Cancellation by RedFire
RedFire reserves the right to cancel services under the following conditions:
- Non-cooperation or delayed inputs from the client.
- Non-payment or breach of terms.
- Misuse of services for unlawful or unethical purposes.
In such cases, RedFire will not be liable for refunds, but may settle on a case-to-case basis.
4. Refunds for Staffing & Recruitment
- Recruitment Services: Consulting/margin fees are non-refundable, as they cover sourcing, screening, and onboarding costs.
- Attrition Replacement Policy: If a recruited candidate leaves within 30 days of joining, a free replacement will be provided, as per agreement.
- No monetary refunds are issued for attrition.
5. Refunds for Events & Campaigns
- For event management or campaign services, cancellations made at least 15 days before execution may receive up to 50% refund (subject to vendor commitments and expenses already incurred).
- No refunds for cancellations made within 15 days of the event/campaign date.
6. Refunds for Digital/IT Services
- For IT development (websites, apps, SaaS, AI/ML solutions), refunds are not applicable once the project scope has been signed off and work has begun.
- If cancellation occurs before development starts, up to 70% refund may be provided.
7. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days to the original payment method.
- Bank/transaction charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
