Welcome to RedFire Creations Pvt. Ltd. (“RedFire,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, or solutions, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with RedFire’s services – including but not limited to branding, digital marketing, IT & AI/ML solutions, staffing, recruitment, consulting, event management, and media services – you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Scope of Services
RedFire provides:
- Branding, marketing, and creative design.
- IT, AI/ML, SaaS, and digital transformation solutions.
- Staffing, recruitment, and workforce management (domestic & international).
- Political strategy, poll campaigns, and consulting.
- Event management, PR, influencer marketing, and content services.
Each service engagement is subject to a separate proposal, agreement, or MoU, which outlines deliverables, commercials, and timelines.
3. User Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information, documents, and approvals.
- Ensuring lawful use of our services.
- Compliance with applicable labor, tax, and data protection laws when engaging staffing solutions.
4. Payments & Fees
- All fees are as per agreed proposals, invoices, or MoUs.
- Payments must be made within the agreed credit period (typically 7 days from invoice date).
- Delays may attract late payment charges.
- Consulting fees, margins, or management charges will be outlined separately in the agreement.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business, client, and workforce data. RedFire will not disclose confidential information unless required by law or with written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
- All creative works (logos, designs, campaigns, code, content) remain RedFire’s property until full payment is received.
- Upon payment, intellectual property rights are transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified.
- RedFire reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio.
7. Staffing & Workforce Solutions
- Recruitment, payroll, and workforce services are governed by Indian labor laws and applicable international regulations.
- RedFire does not guarantee employment outcomes but ensures best efforts in sourcing, screening, and placements.
- For contract/GIG staffing, clients remain responsible for operational compliance at their facilities.
8. Limitation of Liability
- RedFire will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services.
- Liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific project.
9. Termination
- Either party may terminate services with written notice (as per specific agreement).
- Fees for services already rendered remain payable upon termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Updates to Terms
RedFire may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after updates indicates acceptance of revised Terms.
